How to diagnose FAS power supply board 080638 / 082638

Turn on the machine. The correct board response is that LEDs DL1 and DL2 should light up. After a moment, the board should flash LEDs DL3 and DL4 four times. If the board does not start in this way → the board is faulty.

Perform the motor test. If any row or column does not work → the board is faulty.

Perform the LED lighting test. The most common cause of damage to the LED control circuits on the board is a fault in the machine’s lighting system (e.g. short circuits). Therefore, first make sure the machine’s lighting is working properly. Warning: connecting a working board to faulty lighting can destroy the board. If the LED lighting is functional but does not turn on → the board is faulty.

The machine does not display prices on the shelves → the board is faulty.

Check the cooling module control. If the compressor and fan are in good condition but do not start (despite correct temperature settings) → the board is faulty.
